why don't we do this with everything? i love this whole concept. let's do it.

ps, anyone have any ideas on how to make eating veggies fun? i know i'm like five years old or something, but i still have trouble making myself eat 'em....

that brought a smile to my face! even more than that... ; )
i think that's seriously awesome and i subscribe to your theory. ...although i'm a little biased; i usually take the stairs, anyway.
still, making things fun and/or awesome is always the better way, i daresay.

as for the veggies dilemma, i don't know how to make them more fun, but they are easier to eat if make them better: buy a bag of frozen veggies, steam them in a pot (a few minutes in a pot on the stove with just a quarter inch of water)(don't microwave them; it can destroy many of the nutrients, i've heard) and enjoy them with a hearty pinch of salt (it brings out the flavors).

i have the same problem :( I've opted to just taking a multi-vitamin :) hahah or drinking 'Naked' juice that has the veggies in it. haha

I feel like I have pretty much fallen in love with that whole bit of awesomeness!! Do you know where those stairs are at? I'd love to go and visit them!

This is awesome! I love it! Good application could definitely come from it.
As for the veggies, I just spray em up with some I can't believe its not butter spray and then can eat a whole bag of steamed broccoli that way...I think the spray butter is FUN:) Maybe its still not the healthiest, but maybe better than none:)
